Chipped UK is the brainchild of Jayson Corcoran, who at school excelled in computing, often too the amazement of his teachers, of course back in the early 90`s computers were a new concept and most teachers were giving lessons from a manual but Jayson had other ideas, he started to develop software for databases as well as breaking codes and descriptions and joined many worldwide groups with the global start-up of Win beta which eventually saw the start-up of what we now know as Microsoft Windows, this led to developments over the years in computing and programming.
Jayson left school with a decent education and a passion for both electronics and cars.
He worked at a Porsche tuners in the early 1990`s and from there the bug to tune cars really set in, then with the ever increasing popularity of the ECU Jayson finally had the chance to use his computer skills to a new higher level breaking software codes within the early Bosche ECU`s.
He carried on working for several high end sports car companies until in 2002 Jayson decided to open Chipped UK, he started the company with the help of his wife Inge who now runs the administration side of the operation with Jayson heading the technical and development side.
With a precedent set on development and research Chipped UK have become one of the leading tuning centres within the UK and Europe, the headquarters based in Bromsgrove is a state of the art building with a range of facilities from a temperature controlled dyno cell to the fully built laboratory for ECU research and development.
