These Herbs and Spices are either whole and freeze-dried or GROUND where indicated.

Our herbs and spices are packaged in durable plastic bag, mostly of 1kg weight depending on type of product. We recommend keeping the opened bag in an airtight container and store in a  cool, dark place (preferably not the fridge) to preserve the potency of the herb or spice.
