Basic beginners 3 week sock course on Sunday 12th, 19th and 26th July 1pm to 3.00pm. The second class will be 1pm til 4pm
Participants need to be able to cast on and cast off, increase and decrease.
Week 1The anatomy of a sock
Getting used to knitting in the round – choose dpns (provided) or Magic Loop or 2 circulars (please bring your own.)
Week 2 Turning the heel
Week 3 Closing the toe and grafting.
You should:
- Be able to knit, purl, cast on, and cast off.
