Delivery

We offer UK Free Delivery on all orders over £35.  A small order delivery charge of £2.95 will be added to orders of less than £35.  If you require Special Delivery which guarantees next day delivery by 1pm (from date of dispatch) and is insured for up to £500 then please select this option during the checkout process.  There is an charge of £5.00 for this service.  If your order is over £35 we strongly recommend you choose this option as we can not be held responsible for replacing any items lost in the post that are not covered by insurance. 1st class post is only covered for £35 compensation if the package goes missing.  If you choose not to have your order sent Special Delivery you will be responsible for the recovery of any loss by the Post Office.  We will assist by providing details of tracking numbers and dates and times of postage but will not be responsible for recovering the loss for you.  Orders will be sent out within 48 hours of receipt where ever possible but this is not guaranteed.   If you require something urgently please phone to check the items is in stock to avoid disappointment.

International Orders

We only ship to countries within the EU and Channel Isles.  We send items by "International Signed For" postal service which takes between 2-4 working days and costs 6.00GBP.  You must ensure you select this delivery option or your order will automatically be cancelled.  If you select the wrong option by mistake you will be able to re-enter your order and select the correct shipping option and  your order will then be accepted.  "International Signed For" shipping option cover items upto 36.00GBP insurance.  If the order is over this amount then we strongly recommend that you choose "International Signed For extra Insurance" option which will increase the insurance cover to a maximum of 500GBP. The cost or this option is 8.00GBP.  If you choose not to have the additional insurance cover and your order is lost or damaged you will not be compensated for your loss.

VAT

PMC Shop is not VAT registered and therefore not entitled to charge VAT.  PMC Shop prices do not contain VAT.

Payment

Online credit card payments are now processed by SagePay (which is the new name for Protx) for your added security.
