Terms and Conditions
Tiaras, fascinators and combs:
Most of our tiaras are available in either silver or gold plated, with a choice of beads and crystals in colours to suit your needs. Some of our tiaras are also suitable for bridesmaids and can be re-sized accordingly. Please not that resizing may result in a different cost to the customer depending on the work and materials used.
Tiaras - all tiaras are made from silver or gold plate bases and wire, with Swarovski crystals, Swarovski pearls, glass beads and semi-precious stones. Each product is clearly described to advise which products have been used to create that particular design. However, the materials can be changed if requested by you.
We can also customise matching jewellery for each tiara design.
Jewellery:
All jewellery pieces are either finished in Sterling Silver or 14kt gold filled. The components used in each piece are listed on the description of each item. Different components can be used, which may result in a difference in cost.
Semi-Bespoke Service (Customisation Of Goods)
If you see any product in our collection that you are happy with, but you would like some minor changes incorporated into the design i.e. different coloured beads, silver tiara made in gold etc, then please add your requirements to the customisation text box. If you are unsure what to put in the text box, please contact us by email or telephone to discuss your requirements.
Bespoke Service
We offer a bespoke service, where we can design a piece of jewellery / tiara that will suit your individual needs. This service is available upon application, where a no obligation quote will be given for the item.
Ordering Information
To place an order simply add the product to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout. You will be given a choice of payment methods available to you. Simply click on the payment method, where you will be clearly given instructions to complete your transaction.
Payment Information
We can accept various methods of payment at Adorabubble Jewellery. You can pay securely via Paypal, Moneybookers or Google Checkout online. You do not need to register with either Paypal or Moneybookers in order to make your payment.
Cheques / Postal Orders - we accept cheques which are made payable to Lisa Borland. Simply complete the online order, where you will be given options of the payments. Choose the cheque option, print your order form, and send the cheque with your order form to us at the address provided. If required, we can confirm by email if the cheque has been received. Please note that all cheques must be received within 7 days from the order date, or the order will be cancelled and this will affect your waiting time.
Delivery Timescales
All products in our collection are handmade to order. We will make every effort to ensure a delivery time of 28 days upon receipt of payment. This may be longer during busy periods but we will always contact you as soon as possible to update you. Please leave plenty of time when purchasing your wedding tiaras and jewellery.
Should you need your order urgently, please contact us to see if we can accommodate the order. If you require your order within one week for example, we would need to check that we have the correct items required to make your pieces. While we will strive to accommodate your timescales, we may apply a 15% surcharge, depending on your individual circumstances.
Delivery Charges - Delivery is currently free
The prices quoted for all products on this site exclude delivery charges. Items over £30 will be sent Special Delivery, which ensures that the item is fully insured. Items totalling under £30 will be posted via Recorded Delivery.

Orders Under £29.99 £3.50 (Royal Mail recorded)
Eire & Europe: £10.00 (sent Royal Mail Air Sure - priority handling)
International (Exc Eire & Europe) £12.00 (sent Royal Mail Air Sure - priority handling)
Overseas orders are sent via Royal Mail Airsure service which requires a signature.
Returns & Refunds
We take great care when making your items to ensure that they are crafted to a very high standard. However, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your products, please contact us within 2 days of receipt:
As all items are made to order we offer a full refund (Less 30% to cover labour costs and postage and packaging) on goods returned in their original condition and in their original packaging within 7 days.
We will not accept any returns after the 7 day period, and items received after this time will be deemed as your property and returned to you.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returned earrings unless they are faulty.
*Refunds will not be given for bespoke items (where an item or items are designed and made specifically for that customer), unless they are damaged or faulty. You will be updated throughout the design and crafting process to ensure that your item meets your requirements and you will be given opportunities to make amendments/adjustments to the design.
You cannot return goods which have been customised unless they are damaged or faulty. Please ensure colours and lengths are correct, as these items can't be resold. (Customised means where the colours are changed from the standard colours displayed within the description and photographs of the item. Any other colours or components incorporated are classed as being customised to suit that particular customer)
Refunds will not be given for used goods, or goods returned after your wedding. We have the right to refuse any items if we suspect that our returns policy is being abused.
All returns will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
In the unlikely event that your item is received damaged, please contact us immediately so we can arrange return of the item. We will then send a replacement and will reimburse you for the cost of the return postage.
To return the item
Please return the item by special delivery. If this is not done, and the item is then damaged in the post, no refund will be given.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We will not pass any of your details on to any other companies.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:
your name
address
phone number
email address
credit/debit card details
We will never collect sensitive information about you.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a 'cookie' which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
