A powerful front end capture software application for electronic capture of documents from document scanners.
- Multi-image display with dynamic zooming gives you fast and easy verification
- Auto Rotation supports landscape scanning to maximise throughput
- Auto Blank Page Deletion (during scanning or post-processing) reduces the need to presort
- Capture Software offers simultaneous color and bitonal output from color scanners
- Image manipulation and editing lets you rescan, rotate, reorder, and delete pages
- An array of batch output formats for integrating scanning into your content, management, document management, workflow, and imaging applications
- A special batch output format called Find and View that includes a complete Search, Retrieval, and Viewing application to allow customers to quickly search for and find scanned documents that have been indexed with Capture Software.
- A Scan to Email batch output format allows users to scan documents and email them (in PDF of TIFF format) directly from Capture Software. Documents that exceed the email system size limit will automatically be split over multiple emails.
- A Digital Signature batch output format utilises industry standard hashing algorithms to create a digital signature on all TIFF image output--this feature allows service providers to offer their customers an additional level of document security. To verify that document content has not been altered, customers must download the Image Verifier Software
- Front and rear image bar code recognition identifies 17 different types of bar codes (including the PDF 417 high-density bar code)
- Automated indexing with Zonal OCR and MICR code reading
- On-the-fly bar code, OCR zone, and patch code recognition enables powerful indexing and batching of color and bitonal images
- Drag n’ Drop OCR indexing makes manual data entry faster and more accurate by eliminating the need to key in the index data.
- Automatic batch and document separation input from patch, bar codes, OCR zones, and blank page
- Web publishing via PDF output
- Limited license of fully searchable PDF output (image + text) with i30/i40/i1200 scanners (5,000 page license), i50/i55/i65/i60/i80/i1300 scanners (10,000 page license), i100 Scanners (25,000 page license), and i200/i600/i800/i1860/i1400 series scanners (50,000 page license).
- User profiles and profile groups let you control access to specific applications and Capture Software features and capabilities
