Terms and Conditions

SALE
Once an order has been submitted on our website the customer is confirming a sale and is bound to complete it.

PRICE
The prices shown on our site include Value Added Tax at the current rate of 17.5%.

PAYMENT
Payment for goods is required at time of order. Despatch will not take place without full payment of the goods. Payment shall be deemed not to have been made until cleared funds for the full amount have been received by The Perfect Planning Group.

DELIVERY
Delivery times specified on the website are estimates only. We will despatch as soon as possible after cleared payment has been received. Proof of posting will be obtained for all items despatched via Royal Mail. Items despatched via courier option will require a signature on delivery.


REFUND/EXCHANGE
Should you need to return or exchange any part of your order you should contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will require the unwanteditems/items being exchanged, to be returned to us at the customers cost. On receipt we will contact you to confirm your choice of refund or exchange. In the case of refund, we will process the returned payment and this will take up to 5 working days to appear back on your card. In the case of exchange, additional postage may be required and the delivery estimates will apply as per the original order. Should any item be delivered to you damaged, we will require either return of the product or if possible photographic evidence of the damage. We will then assess the damage and arrange either replacement or refund at our discretion.

FORCE MAJEURE
In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide the goods as pictured on the site we reserve the right to complete orders with similar goods unless specifically agreed to the contrary.
