OMS are pleased to announce there new re-engineered BCs, incorporating the elastomeric retraction bands.All covers are constructed with new super abrasion and puncture resistant 1000 denier Cord ura backed with 5.5 oz Urethane. Inside these covers is a rugged urethane bladder providing lift capacities ranging from 35lb to 100lbs.Corrugated inflator hoses with rapid dumps can be purchased as an option.All bc’s are designed to be used in con junction with an OMS hard mount backplate/harness system which this package offers. The aluminium backplates and webbing systems are completely de-burred so that webbing,bc’s,drysuits,etc are not abraded.Each aluminium plate is carefully engineered to conform the contour of the OMS bc,thus minimising abrasion to the inflated portion.Peripheral mounting holes facilitate equipment attachment and centre holes allow up and down positioning of the BC/Aluminium Backplate.Specially stiffened 2” nylon webbing is utilised and incorporates either a single chest side release buckle or a side release buckle on each chest strap with D-Rings as standard.Optional one piece or welded 45 and 90 degree Billy Rings and comfort Neoprene shoulder pads are avai lable.
