Single part retainer roduct for bonding, locking and sealing turned parts, shafts, bearings (non threaded parts).

Suitable for use on new or worn parts.

For use against vibration loosening, vibration fatigue and stress cracking with the added advantages of stopping leakage of fluids and gasses past as well as preventing any build up of corrosion between the parts.

Retainers are 100% reliable, giving 100% surface contact which is unobtainable with other methods of fitting bearings and shafts etc. Press fitting generally gives around 20% to 50 % surface contact, bearing fit gives a totally reliable 100% surface contact that won't leak or work loose over time.

More reliable than traditional methods.

Easier to use, no heating parts before assembly.

Lower cost due to faster machining, tollerances can be relaxed to obtain faster assembly and less rejected parts.

Starloc retainers cure after contact with metals and the absence of air, many other brands of retainer won't cure on plated metals or stainless steel etc. Starloc's unique formulations will cure fully even on stainless steel or chrome plate.
