OUTLINE

The International Diploma in Training Speed, Agility & Quickness is the first to lead students to SAQ® Advanced Trainer status, the mark of an applied sports science, physical education and physical training specialist. In practical terms, the Award’s unique, clear and easily accessible format allows any sport, activity or population group to feature at the heart of coursework.  Students are actively engaged and assessed on their competence to design, develop and practically implement programmes in the field, making the Award ideal for those who wish to turn sports science theory into practice. The Award’s format combined with the accessible excellence of the SAQ® Continuum offers everybody involved in physical conditioning in some way, from coaches to teachers to parents and other non-specialists, the opportunity to unlock performance potential.

What people say about it   (Click Here for more testimonials)

The level of fi tness achieved by the players and the emphasis on the honing of skills was exceptional too. They were described by the committee as the best prepared teams ever at UCT. Greg Commins – Fitness and Conditioning Coach, University of Cape Town Rugby Club

“SAQ Training is absolutely the best training I’ve ever used with any type of group. The changes that are occurring with my group are pretty amazing. They’re becoming more knowledgeable about their bodies and how they move. They are now seeing how, by applying themselves to the work we are doing they really can move better, faster and quicker”.  Tracy Hultgren, Chicago, USA
